This program is designed to support counselors in evaluating their F-A-T-E—feelings, attitudes, thoughts, and emotions—as they navigate the personal and professional demands of the field. Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:

Dr. Ty Z. Trotty is an author, entrepreneur, substance use counselor, and father of two boys. He has used his experiences along his personal journey of re-discovery and self-growth to assist others who struggle with the challenges of self-awareness, dealing with substance use issues, and responsible growth and life balance. Dr. Tyler received his Masters and Doctorate degrees from Alliant International University in San Diego, CA. With the education he received, Dr. Tyler continues to coach and counsel people for the betterment of self and society.
