2021 Annual Meeting of the Midwest Neuropsychology Group

April 23rd, 2021 | 7:45am - 4:45pm CST

Welcome

We invite you to the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Midwest Neuropsychology Group, hosted jointly by the neuropsychology services of Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine!  We are sorry we cannot meet in person nor share the joys of Chicago in spring.  Still, we are looking forward to “seeing” you virtually, with a great lineup of speakers and activities.

This year’s conference will include presentations on topics important to both adult and pediatric neuropsychology, as well as a panel discussion of novel ways the modern neuropsychologist may practice.  We will also hear brand new data about diversity in neuropsychology from the 2020 practice survey!

We are offering up to 6 hours of APA Continuing Education (CE) credits.  Because of our virtual nature, you are welcome to join any or all talks, receiving 1 hour of credit for each you attend.

See the conference schedule below, as well as information about our Pre-Conference Trainee Happy Hour, virtual poster session, and breakout lounges.  Attendees will also get links to virtual sightseeing activities in Chicago… the next best thing to actually being here!

Statement of Commitment to Equity and Diversity

Commitment to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, & Justice

The Midwest Neuropsychology Group (MNG) 2021 Conference strives to include people and presentations that actively discuss and stimulate conversation about equity, diversity, inclusion, and justice issues related to neuropsychology care, training, research, and administration.  We encourage all presenters and attendees to consider socioeconomic, linguistic, cultural, religious and other differences that may impact access to neuropsychology services, understanding of information, and interpretation of data gathered in clinical, research, and administrative practices.

The MNG supports the Relevance 2050 Initiative established by the American Academic of Clinical Neuropsychology:  https://theaacn.org/relevance-2050/relevance-2050-initiative/
