Expanding access to very low-dose ketamine treatment by equipping the clinicians who support it.

About the partner

Reimagining Ketamine Treatment for Mental Health

In partnership with CONCEPT, the office of Continuing & Professional Studies at Palo Alto University, Joyous has co-developed a structured clinical training series designed to equip mental health professionals with the foundation, framework, and advanced skills needed to understand, evaluate, and competently support patients undergoing very low-dose ketamine treatment. This series reflects a shared commitment to addressing root-cause symptom patterns rather than surface-level relief.

Joyous is a telehealth company pioneering accessible, at-home very low-dose ketamine treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic stress, and OCD. Unlike higher-dose ketamine protocols that require supervised clinical settings, Joyous uses a proprietary psycholytic dosing approach delivered via monthly subscription, allowing patients to remain fully oriented and actively engaged with therapeutic exercises throughout treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to take the programs in order?

It is strongly recommended but not required. Each program builds on the previous one, following a progression from clinical foundations through advanced applications. Starting with Part 1 (Ketamine Basics: The Clinical Foundation) provides the richest understanding, but each course can stand on its own.

How long do I have to complete the courses?

All programs are on-demand and self-paced. Once enrolled, you have ongoing access and can complete them on your own schedule.

Which license types are these CEs approved for?

These programs are approved for psychologists (APA, CPA), social workers (ASWB), and counselors (NBCC). CONCEPT also holds New York State recognition for psychology, social work, and mental health counselors. State and provincial boards have final authority over individual course acceptance.

What is the difference between enrolling individually vs. the bundle?

You can register for each of the three courses separately at its individual price, or purchase the full series as a bundle for $300. The bundle gives you immediate access to all three courses in a single enrollment, the simplest path to completing the full series.

Can I purchase this bundle for my team or organization?

Yes. The easiest way to process a group registration is through our self-serve checkout. Click "Enroll in bundle," select the total number of seats needed, choose your payment method (credit/debit card, ACH bank transfer, or Buy Now Pay Later), and complete payment. After purchase, the purchaser will receive invitation links to share with each participant along with an itemized receipt.

Is this training appropriate for clinicians who have never worked with ketamine-assisted treatment?

Yes. The series is designed for mental health professionals at all experience levels. Part 1 establishes the clinical and pharmacological foundation, making it accessible to those new to ketamine-assisted treatment while still providing meaningful depth for clinicians who have some familiarity with the topic.

Who do I contact with questions about registration or CE credits?
